Cara Hasenstab grew up riding in Wisconsin with Randy Manual of Sutherland Farm. After she finished school she moved to New York
to be a Working Student at Tatra Farm, where she was soon promoted
to Barn Manager. She was with Tatra Farm for three years, where
she took part in all aspects of breeding, breaking and showing young jumpers.
In 2004, she was hired as barn manager/ assistant trainer at Hoopdance Hollow Farm, located in Bantam, CT. When Hoopdance Hollow Farm was sold, she continued running the business until being hired by Fox Crossing Equestrian in April of 2009.
She loves to tailor each lesson to the need of the individual student. She strives to build confidence and teach responsibility between the horse and individual to develop a strong, competent rider.
She enjoys teaching both children and adults, from their first lessons to A rated horse shows!
