The Litchfield County Times featured an article about Fox Crossing Equestrian.
In Morris, a Family Focus
A cold wind swept across the hills of Morris on a recent gray, late-winter day. Inside the well-lit stables and riding ring at the Fox Crossing Equestrian facility on South Street (Route 61) there is plenty of action. Riders were taking steeds through their paces in the center's 200-by-80-foot ring, an instructor bathed a horse within a heated wash stall in the attached paddock, a worker mucked out a stall and owner Cindy Italiaander was giving a guided tour of her operation.
The energetic former Manhattanite, whose first life was in the hustle and bustle of the haute-couture fashion world, can't believe how far her new, more earthy, business has come in a mere two years. Its anniversary is Feb. 28.
There is always alot happening at FCE.
