IEA School / Programs at Fox Crossing Equestrian

Fox Crossing Equestrian (FCE) has an Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) Team for middle school and high school-aged riders

IEA was created to promote and improve the quality of equestrian competition and instruction available to middle and secondary school students. Its purpose is to set minimum standards for competition, provide information concerning the creation and development of school-associated equestrian sport programs, and generally promote the common interests of safe riding instruction and competition, and education on matters related to equestrian competition in the middle and secondary school levels.

You do not need your own horse to participate! You are guaranteed to have fun and learn a lot. For more information on the IEA, visit rideiea.org. Please contact [email protected] for additional information or visit the barn.

FCE currently provides riding programs to several private schools in the area.  These programs allow students to learn to ride and/or continue their passion for the equestrian sport while maintaining their after-school sports requirements. Riding days for all private schools are based on Athletic Directors’ needs and students’ academic priorities.
